Mia voĉdono por ĉi tiu artikolo rilatas nur al la menciiĝo de la artikolo kiel artikolo de la semajno sur la ĉefpaĝo, kaj ne al la elstareco de la artikolo. Popular culture

I was pleased to see your promotion to Featured Article status. Unfortunately, your encyclopedia seems to lack the support of "Google translation." I have been a major contributor to the English Wikipedia "Passenger Pigeon" article, and would like to use your "popular culture" section in our article, as we don't have that material. I need a translation. I don't speak Esperanto (Yes, I know, we all should.) The "Popola kulturo" section seems to be mostly translated from the English Wikipedia where there was a chapter "In culture" until en:User:Schumin removed it. See this change. I don't know why it was removed. It seems unsourced and mostly trivia but there are some interesting things.

You can use Google Translate for Esperanto texts. Just paste the text into Google Translate and tell it is Esperanto or simply let Google guess the language. The quality of the translation is not quite excellent, but it gives you an idea. --Surfo (diskuto) 08:44, 7 Maj. 2012 (UTC)
